Matthew joined Barnes Saly shortly after graduating with Cum Laude honors from St. Francis University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and a minor in Management. He specializes in audit and assurance and tax compliance and consulting services for several key industries, including non-profit organizations, school districts, local municipalities, housing authorities, program audit of grants, employee benefit plans, health care and individuals. Matthew holds the position of Treasurer of the Altoona Greater City Baseball League.
